NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE FIFTH DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE TRANSACTION. SEE THE ATTACHED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
IF YOU CANCEL, ANY PAYMENT MADE BY YOU UNDER THIS CONTRACT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT BY PREMIER CREDIT OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE. TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, MAIL OR DELIVER A SIGNED, DATED COPY OF THIS CANCELLATION NOTICE, OR ANY OTHER WRITTEN NOTICE TO PREMIER CREDIT AT:

PREMIER CREDIT CONSULTING REQUIRES A 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. UPON RECEIPT OF THE 30 DAY WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, YOU WILL RECEIVE NOTICE OF A PRORATED FINAL PAYMENT 30 DAYS FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE CANCELLATION. IN ADDITION, YOU'LL RECEIVE A NOTICE WITH YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED MONTHLY PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED ON YOUR BEHALF.
YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE A CALL FROM OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM TO DISCUSS THE FINAL STEPS IN COMPLETING YOUR CASEWORK ON THE FILE.
